BIOSTAT® Aplus is a compact, autoclavable laboratory fermentor | bioreactor system suitable for a wide range of research, education and industrial applications. A number of easy-to-use, pre-configured versions are available for both microbial culture and cell culture which simplify the handling of the fermentor. The space saving control unit with its universal motor fits all available vessel sizes.

Cell Culture package

Bioreactor Operation
A powerful Notebook PC is included in every BIOSTAT® Aplus. The graphical operation screen is self explanatory and simple to operate. Up to four bioreactors | fermentors can be operated by one Notebook. The user can define specific names for each unit which makes identification and interaction between the processes very efficient.

Data Aquisition
BioPAT® MFCS/DA, the world standard in bioprocess control, is included in every delivery. It offers a broad range of features including:
  • Batch-oriented data collection and storage
  • Evaluation of on-line and off-line measurements or calculated values
  • Data of finished or active batches can be exported to third party programs (e.g. MS Excel)
